I visited this shop over 10 years ago. I loved it! Then moved down south so when I found them online I was delighted. They are my first go to for any art materials. Worth joining the mailing list as constantly have great offers!!!

Excellent customer service and assistance from both the shop and the on line ordering department. I ordered an item on line on their web site as a birthday present for my wife, but I was very disappointed when it arrived damaged. I spoke with a young lady called Amy in the on line ordering department who was excellent. She dealt with my issue quickly and efficiently and her customer service was first class. I spoke with her at quarter to two in the afternoon and by nine o’clock the following morning there was a courier at my door with a replacement item in time for my wife’s birthday. First class service and I will be using this company again.

We came in here today for the first time as we don't live locally and were surprised to see what a great selection they have. Locally we have hobbycraft which doesn't have as good a selection of paints as here does. Its all nicely laid out and i'm sure you can find whatever you need for painting, sketching and various other mediums. The lady at the counter was very helpful and friendly and we signed up for their loyalty card so we will definetly be visiting again soon!

I telephoned the Art Shop Skipton for help and advice before buying online. I spoke to a very friendly and helpful lady who went above and beyond to answer a question about the difference between the smell of two products. My order was dispatched the same day (Friday) and sent via Royal Mail second class and I received it on the Monday. The prices are the best on the internet that I could find for the art supplies and a code for 10% off my next order was included in the box. The supplies arrived boxed and packed in perfect condition. I shall definitely use this merchant again and could not be happier with my experience. Excellent service!
